I'm also certified in clinical hypnosis and a certified HeartMath Facilitator and Practitioner. I have over 20 years of experience with various forms of meditation. I'm fascinated with human development, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, epigenetics, and quantum physics. Besides my work in the healthcare sector, I also hold courses and workshops where I combine the latest in science with meditation and spiritual practices.
