20 minutes of happiness

This meditation helps you create a sense of happiness. It is a combination of meditation and hypnosis so that you will more easily be able to recreate a sense of happiness at any time all by yourself. When we feel happy, the body goes through many biological processes. For example, our immune system is strengthened, one gets more energy, more courage and self-confidence.

The meditation has been used for the Unify World Peace Action 2017, and therefore the last part of the meditation is about sending that feeling of peace and happiness across the globe.
