Når vi vokser opp, kondisjonerer samfunnet oss til å oppleve verden gjennom linsene til et trossystem som er økonomisk mest fordelaktige. En ulempe er at vi lukker vårt hjerte og sinn til muligheter som helt sikkert kan bli virkelighet men stoppes fordi det ikke passer i nåværende trosystemet.
De som har skapt størst verdi for samfunnet, er imidlertid de menneskene som holdt sitt hjerte og sinn vidt åpne. Å ha et åpent hjerte og sinn hjelper ikke bare andre. Til syvende og sist er det du som vill hente mest ut av det.

We couldn’t have found a more magical and interesting venue for the upcoming course in Transformational Meditation in Salt Lake City. Oh yes! The wonderful people from Crone’s Hollow are opening the doors for us to make this two-day workshop an absolute blast! Many link meditation to Asian traditions, but did you know that many in the pagan community, that Crone’s Hollow serves, use meditation as well? And that elements from transformational meditation, like visualization and setting and holding an intention are common in Witchcraft, Paganism and Magic?

Do you feel that you don’t have enough time? And do you feel that you must always defend yourself when asked to do some extra tasks at work, while everything else should go as normal? It’s not always that your boss tries to push you to the limit. It may help to sit down first to review your tasks and create a priority list and time schedule. Taking a break and sitting down to get an overview prevents you from getting too busy with the idea that you are too busy. We actually risk getting nothing done when we get too busy with feeling busy.
There are only a few meditation gatherings left for this year and I’m already looking forward to next year. The meeting with the meditation community in Stockholm gave me inspiration for some new projects that I hope will be able to engage and help those who may need a little more self-confidence and resilience in life.
A nice statement that fits well with the zero point meditation we have done at the meditation gathering last Friday. When we get to the point where we are completely ourselves, we no longer identify with things like religion, skin colour or our body in general. Nor is it interesting anymore in which country you are born or what planet your body is on when you clearly find out that you can be anywhere in the universe as pure consciousness.
A frequently asked question on my workshops; “Why should I change?” My answer is always that I recommend never changing yourself to please others and only change yourself when things stand in the way of achieving your goals.
When social media made its introduction, we have started to look more and more at each other and we sometimes try to change ourselves to become a person we are not because we think we will be noticed more by others. Ending up in such a situation just creates stress for us and is not beneficial.
I use only a few social media and are most active on Instagram following a recommendation by one of the regular participants in my meditation classes. I would get my meditation classes in Norway full with an Instagram account he said. As a result, it has not attracted more people to the meditation classes and courses in Norway. But more and more attention from outside Norway.
Should I change my Norwegian workshops to attract more Norwegian participants? The answer is no. Because I still feel flow in my life in regards to the international courses and classes. I know that transformational meditation goes too deep for many Norwegians who are more concerned with relaxing than to gain freedom and control over their lives. I, therefore, attract only those I call for the toughest boys and girls in the country. Those who aim to achieve total control over and freedom in their lives.
These people inspire me and my goal is to help them as good as I can with my knowledge and experience of meditation techniques that have turned my world upside down in a fantastic way.
There have been a number of well-known scientists over the years who have concluded that everything is energy. This also applies to our body. Actually, the physical part of our body is the result of an expression of energy. We can change our body by changing our energy. But how do you change your energy? By changing your feelings and emotions and by being aware of which feelings you want to hold on to. One method to accomplish this is Transformative Meditation. A meditation form that focuses on change on different levels through meditation techniques.
When we grow up, we like to shape us a picture of how the world is and cling to this image as much as we can. Why? Because we feel safer in a world that works for us. And no matter what others come with, or if we discover something new, and how convincing it may be, we do not welcome what turns our safe world upside down.
But once we have learned to open our hearts and live more in line with our intuition and gut feeling, we have also become more open to change. We do not fear change as much. We do not have to cling to the world outside of us because our anchor is now within us, in our heart where we have found security.
