There have been a number of well-known scientists over the years who have concluded that everything is energy. This also applies to our body. Actually, the physical part of our body is the result of an expression of energy. We can change our body by changing our energy. But how do you change your energy? By changing your feelings and emotions and by being aware of which feelings you want to hold on to. One method to accomplish this is Transformative Meditation. A meditation form that focuses on change on different levels through meditation techniques.
We have had some technical issues the last months recording Seb’s sessions in Second Life, but now we are back. This is a recording of the guided meditation Seb did the 6th of December after talking about how our conformistic filter shapes our reality. It is a live voice lead guided meditation. Since it was recorded live Seb’s voice might sound a little dull due to the microphone he had to use.
When we grow up, we like to shape us a picture of how the world is and cling to this image as much as we can. Why? Because we feel safer in a world that works for us. And no matter what others come with, or if we discover something new, and how convincing it may be, we do not welcome what turns our safe world upside down.
But once we have learned to open our hearts and live more in line with our intuition and gut feeling, we have also become more open to change. We do not fear change as much. We do not have to cling to the world outside of us because our anchor is now within us, in our heart where we have found security.
