After meditating for some years, I gained an understanding of how easily we are manipulated by others and how incredibly dangerous this could be. That many people have this we versus them mentality is a classic example of how false beliefs are planted into our consciousness and build the foundations for some of the world’s biggest wars. Especially when doing group meditations one notices quickly that people are at their best when they work together towards a common goal. Power of 8 groups are a good example that show that people who work together, regardless of background, are able to create miracles. We reinforce each other when we have a common intention. In our course, you will learn to reach this point of inner wisdom. The point that gives that incredible sense of freedom.

Gratitude

Gratitude turns what we have into enough.

Gratitude has a dual effect. On one side you will be able to attract more you can be grateful for and on the other hand, it will make you feel that what you already have is enough. In the course, we are diving deeper into using meditation as a manifestation technique. You will also learn that a feeling of gratitude is the universal key to manifestation.

A big part of my life I stood up every Monday morning reluctant to go to school and reluctant to go to work. Again a week full of challenges and too many chores. As a thank you, I always received a good portion of challenges from the universe and plenty of things to do.

It was Dr Wayne Dyer who made me try something else. Now I get up every morning and the first thing I do is say thank you for a new day with many new opportunities and I open up for the positive a day can give me. I have to be honest, this is not always easy. But one thing I know now for sure. What you say thanks for in the morning comes to you during the day. So try to thank for all the good the day is going to give you tomorrow when you get up. Let me know in the comments how it went.
